Mt Adams
Mt. Adams is a geographic landmark and residential neighborhood located directly east of downtown Cincinnati, and locals refer to the area as "the Hill", one of seven hills surrounding the city. Mt. Adams is surrounded by Eden Park, one of Cincinnati's finest parks. The park borders Mt. Adams on three sides and gives residents privacy from the rest of the city. In the park is the Krohn Conservatory and one of Cincinnati's oldest water works projects, now part of the park. Mt. Adams is popular for its range of bars and restaurants and given its location, amenities, 'walk-ability' and river/city views, its real estate is some of the city's most sought-after property in the metro.

Cincinnati Town homes are the perfect residence for people that want Cincinnati city living but don't want to give up their independence or privacy to a condominium association. While they may be attached to each other, town homes have their own doors, their own roofs, and an extra degree of privacy as no one lives above you or below you.
Town homes offer more "vertical" living as their square footage is split among several floors, versus lofts and condominiums which usually occupy all their space on one floor.
